This subject is part of the subject \\\"Educational attention to diversity\\\" of the Degree in Pedagogy, along with the subjects \\\"The educational response in an inclusive school\\\", \\\"Psychology of exceptionality\\\" and \\\"Training, employment and quality services for people with disabilities\\\", and its teaching corresponds to the Department of Didactics and School Organization Through it, it is intended that the student knows the different responses to the diversity of learning needs that, in the legislative and pragmatic framework, have been developed and are developing with the students that the regulations call with a specific need for educational support ( NEAE) In this sense, the historical conceptualization of attention to diversity is specifically addressed, from its origins to the present, as well as the national and regional regulatory framework that, in terms of education, has been emerging. In addition, the subject will delve into the study of the processes of identification and assessment of students with specific educational support needs, along with the analysis of their schooling process. Finally, the set of actions and measures included in the Diversity Attention Plan will be addressed, as a reference scenario for the work of the pedagogy professional in the field of educational intervention. In short, this subject tries to offer training in methodological, participatory and personal skills that allow future pedagogy professionals to carry out their professional tasks within the framework of inclusive education.
