Air Quality and Global Atmospheric Changes is a course intended for environmental studies majors and aims at giving them a more thorough understanding of atmospheric and climate sciences and of the human impact on climate. The course provides a scientific background on issues such as the structure of the atmosphere, gasses and aerosols, urban air pollution, indoor air pollution, acid deposition, stratospheric ozone depletion and climate change. Current policies and global international agreements that effectively address air quality issues, climate change and lead toward a more sustainable future are extensively discussed.
